OUR MISSION

To share the love of Christ to ALL OF CENTRAL AMERICA through evangelism, worship, cell groups, discipleship, sending and to use the gift of leadership to build leaders in churches and organizations.

OUR MINISTRY GOALS

We, at Open Eyes, are excited about the vision God has placed before us and we are determined to do our very best with diligence and total commitment.  Our primary focus is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all we say and do – 1 Timothy 4:15

  • Our Vision – To use God’s Word and our actions to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ across Central America
  • Evangelism: To train and partner with local pastors, church members, and American team members to boldly and effectively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Leadership Training: To train and equip pastors, university students, and local government leaders to share leadership principals within their circle of influence.
  • Discipleship: To work with churches to see that all new believers receive purposeful discipleship training.
  • Cells and Small Groups: To continue to help churches and others start and multiply their groups to cover their communities and spread the Gospel.
  • Assist the Poor and Oppressed: To fulfill Christ’s mandate to meet physical and spiritual needs by feeding and clothing the poor and visiting those in prison.

OUR PRAYER GOALS

  • That God will receive all honor, glory and praise for the supernatural miracles in Central America.
  • That Open Eyes will follow His will and be faithful to the end.
  • That God will continue to bring laborers to the field and resources to continue and grow the ministry.
  • That God will provide strength, health, and protection against the enemy.
  • That God will connect us with additional churches and organizations to partner with Open Eyes to change Central America, and the world.
  • That God will connect us with local zone pastors and leaders and that they will be open to God’s word and His desires for their lives.
