Leadership Training

We believe in LEADERSHIP! Through the years, Open Eyes has developed leadership material that we personalize according to those we are training. Out leadership training is Christ based, and it involves topics about values and ethics. These training sessions have become a perfect platform to open new doors and have also become a great opportunity to share the Gospel.

We are currently providing this training to the National Police Academy, the Military Air Force Base Personnel, the National University, the local Fire Department, Mayor’s office, and Chief Department’s Head. We also offer leadership training to churches and more. Recently, the National University has made our leadership training mandatory for graduation.

Part of every leadership course is a a clear presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ and through this program, many have made professions of faith. As always, we then provide a local church to these new converts that are ready to plug these new believers into a church so they can be further discipled.
