Pure Water Project

Open Eyes Ministries has partnered with Pure Water Ministry (USA) to provide clean water to those in need in Honduras through the installation of water filtration systems.

Clean water is a right that every Honduran has, but this is far from a reality. 90% of the Honduran population have no access to clean water. People are forced to use any kind of water source available to them, from rivers, lakes, streams, wells, rain water collection, and even water from ditches if that is what is available. Most of this water is not good for human consumption, nevertheless, necessity forces people to use it.

Pure Water Ministry provides a filtration water system for $1,500. Each system that we are able to install provides clean, and purified water for 2,000 people daily. Open Eyes Ministries finds the most effective, and most needed locations to install these systems in order to meet the physical needs of so many. This allows us to meet there spiritual needs as well.
